Leadership and Account Management
Ken Szczepanski, President
Ken has been active in the technology field for over thirty years. The first half of his career was spent on the customer side; at Shea’s Performing Arts Center and then the University at Buffalo. In starting Veraview in 2000, one of his guiding principles was “to be the type of vendor I wanted to work with while I was on the customer side”. Ken is a native of Buffalo and is a graduate of Canisius High School and the University at Buffalo.
What Ken enjoys most about working at Veraview is participating in the creative process of designing and delivering solutions which help our customers communicate, enabling them to better serve their employees, partners, and customers.
Tom Sauter, Vice President of Engineering
Tom has over 20 years of experience with professional, theatrical, and broadcast electronics and systems. He is a high level programmer of AMX and Crestron, has achieved top level of Polycom network systems certification. Tom is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
At Veraview, he enjoys collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to devise solutions that further our clients’ vision and business objectives.
Jim Warrington, Controller
Jim is the Controller of Veraview LLC and is approaching his 6th year with the company. Jim graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration, while majoring in Accounting. He has held the position of Controller in the electronics industry for 25 years.
He likes to stay closely involved in the fast pace and ever changing world of technology and the vast benefits we provide to our partners.
Joseph Miller, Senior Account Executive
As the senior sales executive at Veraview, Joe brings 20 years of experience in unified communications to the organization. He has been managing the Veraview sales team for five years and works directly with our most strategic customers and partners.
He enjoys working at Veraview because we design and sell cutting edge technology solutions and we have a great team of industry professionals that make coming to work a blast!
Rebecca Poynton, VP of Marketing & Business Development
Rebecca has over 23 years in the technology industry with eight years dedicated to the conferencing industry. Rebecca ‘s unique perspective on creative messaging, along with her expertise in the technology industry positions her to tell our story and create awareness of the best available technologies in the collaborative space.
Rebecca believes that investing in technology is the first step and loves driving adoption of the technology we deploy in order to maximize customer efficiency.
Angela Tiburzi, Operations Manager
Angela has over 20 years in the audio visual operations. At Veraview she heads up a team of four installation technicians who’s focus is to provide a clean and precise installation that requires little tweaking after completion. Our team of technicians are experts at what they do and provide full training on equipment and services once the installation is complete.
In her spare time Angela studies the art of Tai Chi, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Tom Bidney, Sales Engineer
Tom is a Sales Engineer at Veraview LLC. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as a minor in Computer Science and Mathematics, at the University at Buffalo. Tom has over five years of engineering experience with one year in audio and visual integration.
As a part of Veraview, he most enjoys being presented a problem and designing a solution that best fits the confines of the customer’s needs with the aid of emerging technologies.
Catherine Connors, Sales Engineer
Catherine has her degree in electrical engineering and engineering science. Her interest has leaned heavily toward audio visual integration. She has worked on projects including permanent integration of live and recorded video capabilities.
Catherine’s hobbies include video production, table top gaming and Frisbee golf.
Brian O’Leary, Account Executive
Brian came into his role as account executive after 5 years with Veraview running installation and service. He is looking forward to bringing his experience in customer service to the sales side. Brian also has over a decade of experience in quality control in manufacturing. He is a graduate of Canisius College.
Brian’s favorite part about working in sales is the reward of building a lasting relationship from a simple phone call. He is an avid mountain biker.
Jay Ganz, Account Executive
Jay has been in the audio visual and technology field for over ten years. He enjoys speaking to clients who are looking to develop an integrated collaboration platform that can grow with emerging technologies. While Jay consults on all unified communication tools, he has taken the time to specialize in digital signage.
In his spare time, Jay enjoys investing in real estate.
Timothy Keane Topor, Account Executive
Tim came to Veraview with a strong marketing and IT background in the legal market. His desire to grow within the technology field stemmed from supporting his staff on the Office 365 suite and internal collaboration products. Since joining Veraview in a direct sales role, Tim has expanded his knowledge to the full array of collaboration services while focusing his key strengths as the expert in Office for Legal offices.
Tim is an avid cyclist.
