Back to workplace guidance for meeting room video collaboration

Over the past year many organizations have expanded or newly adopted videoconferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. With the return to the workplace, many are looking to use these solutions there as well. Often this creates a new set of challenges. Veraview is helping many organizations, meet the needs of this new hybrid environment.

1) Ensure that your existing meeting, training , and conference room equipment is working as intended.
It is a really good idea to check all systems prior to return to use. Issues can arise from out-of-date firmware, network changes, failed power supplies, or maybe things were simply unplugged.

We can check all of these systems and perform any maintenance necessary to get your rooms up and running.

2) Some or all of your existing equipment may work with the newer platforms like Teams and Zoom.
Engage us to evaluate, advise and implement adaptive re-use of your current equipment with new platforms. This is especially true in integrated rooms with audio, video, and control systems.

3) Deploy new systems which natively support the new platforms.

The new systems that are available provide superior quality, additional features and functions, and a whole new level of ease-of-use for end-users and technology managers.

Veraview will perform a needs analysis and propose new systems which bring the ease of personal conferencing into small and large rooms.

This is the first in a short series designed to provide guidance for using collaboration platforms like Teams and Zoom (as well as others) in the workplace environment. Upcoming emails will include specific information for Teams, Zoom, and BYOM (bring your own meeting).
